With this trip, I will get the opportunity to meet orangutans, trek through Bako National park and contribute to turtle conservation. This is a huge challenge to fundraise for this trip. After staying in Kuching for the first couple of days, our first trip is to the Semenggoh wildlife center, and see orangutans. Shortly after, we head to Bako national park, where we spend 2 days trekking through mangroves, beaches and grassland. On returning to Kuching, you rest for a day before heading northwest to visit some of Borneos most beautiful beaches and national parks, Woking with locals to conserve the turtles fragile habitats. After 4 days of this, you head back to Kuching for the final day, and explore the rich culture of the city before heading home.
