Hey everyone,

I’m Oscar, and in July 2027 I’ll be heading to Tanzania on an amazing World Challenge expedition! It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to explore, learn, and make a difference, but to get there, I need to raise £4,500.

This trip isn’t just a holiday, it’s a real adventure. I’ll be travelling across Tanzania, from the Serengeti plains (hopefully spotting lions and cheetahs!) to the Zanzibar coast with its beautiful white sand beaches. I’ll also get to work with local communities, learn about their culture, and help with community projects that make a lasting impact.

I don’t want to just rely on my parents to pay for this. I want to raise the money myself through hard work, creativity, and determination. I’m already planning things like sponsored challenges, car washes, tutoring and odd jobs, anything that helps me reach my goal.

World Challenge is all about stepping out of your comfort zone, working as a team, and discovering what you’re really capable of. I know this experience will help me become more independent, confident, and globally aware, and I can’t wait to take on the challenge.
