WorkShore Co-Working - In Newcastle CoDown

The WorkShore Co-Working Space is a new shared office space coming to Newcastle Co Down. Whether it is taking that first step to being commercially viable, networking, socialising that is missed when working from home, or simply wanting to be part of something different. We aim to provide a place where you can be successful in your own right.

This project is particularly aimed at Professionals in Independent Practice this could be:

We need help with funding for the lease and fitting out the office. This would include painting, carpets, kitchen, toilets, electrics, Superfast Broad Band, tables, chairs, bookcases and locking cabinets.

If your gig is of use to professionals in independent practice you can host it in one of our

two event spaces. Up to a maximum of 20 people per event and you must properly registered and insured to run the event in question.

So long as we are able to satisfy that WorkShore Co-Working is meeting our obligations under the law and if the room is available it will be yours for up to 3 hours (advanced booking required).

We will get the keys to the property on the 1st October and we hope to open on 1st November so we need the funding by 1st October so that we can get started on renovations.

Although this is a business the calculations on the back of an envelope will tell you that even at full capacity a project at this will not make a big profit. This is a passion project we want to create a space for a community of professionals to come together to work, collaborate, learn, share build connections and make friendships. We want a place where enterprise, events and entrepreneurs come together for the benefit of all. We cannot do this by ourselves!
