As a former Pro Basketball player, I have accomplished many individual and team accolades. However, my dream has always been to serve the youth of my community!
Over the years, I have volunteered my "Workhorse" basketball training, coaching and services to numerous students who are academically gifted but lack the resources to afford training. Many of these same students have never set foot outside the city of Philadelphia and do not have the privilege of attending summer camps.
My hope is to provide an unforgettable, week-long training/leadership/mentoring experience in the beautiful Pocono Mountains for a select group of 10-15 of these youth.
Workhorse Academy has made a pledge to serve Philadelphia’a most needy students. I hope you will join me in giving these students an unforgettable summer training experience!
The retreat will be held the week of August 5th 2019, so time is of the essence!
