Work visa

Getting a green card today is very expensive. Dennis, my husband is not Mr. Dennis McCarthy Meza, he is Dr. Dennis McCarthy, and we would like him do be able to work in his field. 
We have found we have a meeting with the immigration people, January 29, 2020, and we simply do not have the funds they require.
$2,000 for fees for immigration, $2,000 for getting certified here. 

Any help will help .... little time, and no way we can raise it ourselves
