Established in 1957 and located in Uxbridge, Ontario, Canada, Goodwood Kartways is the longest-standing karting-specific racetrack in North America. Each year, the facility employs between 40 and 60 full- and part-time staff. Over the past seven decades, it has provided opportunities for hundreds of dedicated and ambitious young adults.

For more than 10 years, Kyle Rennie has been an integral part of the Goodwood team. Starting his journey as a track marshal, he has grown into a key leader within the operations department. Anyone who knows Kyle can attest to his tireless work ethic and dedication. The world could use more people like him.
