Our aunt Pamela, uncle Don, and their 12-year-old dog Rudy were recently made victims of the Woolsey Fire that swept through Agoura Hills, CA this past weekend. Barely getting out safe themselves, they did not have time to pack anything and have now lost everything, including their home, which our uncle, a carpenter, designed, built, and lived in for nearly 30 years.
Our aunt and uncle are both retired, living on a fixed retirement income, and have been dealing with significant medical issues for the past several years that eat up their time, energy, and money. They're exhausted, devastated, and in need of assistance. We wanted to go ahead and try to raise some funds for them to make sure they have what they need to plan their next steps.
