Woodsetton Special School Fundraiser
Donation protected
Hi everyone!
The parents and friends of Woodsetton Special School are climbing Mount Snowdon to help raise money to purchase a transport vehicle.
Unfortunately our past mini bus seems to have been a target for thieves and vandalised for parts on numerous occasions. Due to the amount of damage done to the previous bus we now need to purchase a new one.
At present the classes with larger numbers cannot attend regular trips, which our children so dearly loved and looked forward to.
Being able to do day trips within school are crucial for our children and their social development. Many of our children do not cope with how busy soft play sessions or swimming would be over a weekend due to feeling overwhelmed. Doing trips, with the support of school, during school hours, may be the only time some of our children get to experience these activities.
It breaks our hearts that these innocent children, who already have it hard enough in this world, have had such enjoyment taken from them due to thieves.
We are hoping by doing this fundraiser we can raise enough money to buy a vehicle and get them back enjoying their trips. Giving them the little bit of happiness they deserve.
Any amount donated is extremely appreciated.
Thank you.
