Woodland Enforcement Appeal

Dear friends

On 11th April 2025 we finally received an enforcement notice from the council in relation to our residential usage of Puddingstone Wood. Thankfully on 2nd March 2025 we reached 10 years of continual residential use and so should now be immune from the enforcement order! However we have got 28 days to submit all our evidence for residing on the woodland and we estimate the costs associated with submitting this appeal to eventually exceed £5000 by the time we have payed for our planning advisor, our appeal fees and surveys of the land. Any contributions you feel able to make towards this would be hugely helpful.
