Hello, we are Woodlake Robotics. We are part of the Woodlake community, which has a population of around 9,000 people. In our small town, we have an awesome robotics program that has quickly become one of the top-tier programs not only in California but across the US. We compete in a program called FIRST, and our students have excelled in an area focused on LEGO robotics. We have had a lot of success in the past 3 years, and our team has qualified to compete on the national level for three years in a row.

Last year, our teams competed in Boston for the East Coast US Open Championship, and the wonderful GoFundMe community helped our parents make the trip more feasible as we traveled across the country to compete. This year, we are set to compete in Long Beach, California, for the US Open Championship called The Western Edge. We are leaning on our GoFundMe and local community again to help our parents make this trip more feasible.

We are the youngest team set to compete, with an average age of 10-year-old participants, and we will be put to the test against students from grades 5-12. It is a 3-day competition, each day lasting about 10 hours, and our students would love the support of their families as we shoot for another top 24 placement at this year's Open Championship.
