Woodbury Heights Children's Theatre 2023

The 6th season of the Woodbury Heights Children’s Theatre is underway. The performing arts this year is more important than ever, as we focus on helping children to overcome the challenges of the past three years through enriching, extracurricular experiences at Woodbury Heights Elementary School in New Jersey. The ultimate outcome is to provide our community with a top-notch performance that showcases the numerous talents of our students, while reinforcing positive self-esteem, social and emotional well-being, and an abundant use of imagination.

This year the Children’s Theatre will perform the musical “Press Start." The production comprises nearly 40 students in grades 3-6--all who have been working so incredibly hard memorizing their lines, singing their songs, practicing their dance moves, learning the sound/light board, knowing the cues for prop/stage changes, etc.

WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT!

The Woodbury Heights Children’s Theatre has sparked excitement school-wide and within our town, and we would love for this annual production to continue. That's why we are asking for your help.

We are seeking contributions to assist us with our fund-raising efforts:

- Monetary donations: We are hopeful that Woodbury Heights residents, and elementary school families and alumni will be interested in playing an active role in supporting this program for the children.

- Sponsorships: The Children's Theatre is offering event sponsorship packages to local businesses (with long-standing ties to the community), as well as school vendors to assist in underwriting costs incurred by the performance.

Contributions of any size are greatly appreciated! We encourage you to take part in what will surely become a long-standing tradition at the elementary school.

In return for all contributions, your name will be listed in the printed event program booklet (600+ copies distributed) and on the Facebook page of our Home & School Association, letting the community know that YOU support the Woodbury Heights Children’s Theatre.
