Wonderful Parents Lost Everything

My parents finally built their dream home after they were empty nesters. Hurricane Sally brought 4 feet of water into their home,  including sewer water. They lost everything! Even down to their clothes and shoes. Their home is not in a flood zone so they were advised that flood insurance was not necessary when they built their home. They had unprecedented flooding. It doesn't flood in their area, even during hurricanes, so they were completely caught off guard. Replacing their home and all their belongings will come out of pocket, and the damage is significant. Imagine having to replace your entire house, everything inside, and including your car. They also lost all their memories,  including some things that were passed down to my dad from his father who is no longer with us. How devastating! I am trying to raise money for them because they're the hardest working people I know,  and would never ask themselves. They have always been there for me and my sister, and their 5 grandchildren so I am trying to be there for them in any way I can. Anything you can give is a blessing! We are giving this to God!
