As we approach a new year, it’s important to remind women and girls across the North facing emotional, psychological, mental or physical abuse that there are safe spaces for them to talk about their abuse, ask for guidance, support and seek counselling.
Having witnessed firsthand the incredible support Womens Aid staff provide vulnerable victims and survivors, I have seen how necessary this resource is for so many.
100% of your donations will be sent directly to Women’s Aid NI to support vulnerable women and children impacted by abuse and in need of shelter.
I’ll be swimming 14 miles in 14 days in both pool and open water swims.
That’s 22,530m. (Wish me luck!)
I’ll be very grateful for any donation no matter how small.
