Women Doing It Big Foundation

Women Doing It Big's (WDIB) mission is to motivate and educate women and young girls all around the world to build their businesses, communities and families through entrepreneurship and the arts. WDIB  was founded by trailblazing entrepreneur Dr. Tiana Von Johnson. Dr. Tiana was featured on TV One’s Black Enterprise Business Report because of her accomplishments as the only African-American real estate brokerage owner on New York’s Wall Street for the last five years. She is a UN Ambassador-at-large for the Olaf Palme Peace Foundation, a national Keynote Speaker, Philanthropist and Author of the bestselling book “Mindset Makeover.” 
Dr. Tiana created this platform to bring celebrities and entrepreneurs together to share powerful stories and give back through inspiring and teaching others what it takes to be successful in business.

On Saturday, May 2-3, 2015 WDIB will hosts it's 5th WDIB conference bringing together influential celebrities and leaders to empower and train women in key areas of business, the arts, real estate and personal development. More than 1,000 emerging women will be in attendance and streaming live for this inspiring event.


In addition, in 2015 WDIB is launching two programs, FAME Club (Fashion, Arts, Music & Entreprenuership) and ExposeHER,  which will be an afterschool and weekend arts and entrepreneurship program for inner city teens and tweens. We will also provide funding to other Women's organization's for conferences, workshops and training.
