Who are we?
Women for Gaza is a decentralized, women-led initiative started in Berlin by Marijana Lemm, together with friends and allies across Europe. It is carried forward by communities worldwide who host grassroots fundraisers, from community dinners to clothing swaps.
Each gathering raises funds while also creating space for education, connection, and collective care.
Who we support
We are currently raising funds for two grassroot Palestinian-led initiatives:
Habibti Watan
Supporting Palestinian women through traditional crafts. Embroidery and handmade work preserve culture while creating income and stability. For women with imprisoned husbands or sons, this is a vital source of independence. Funds from this fundraiser help them begin with materials and tools.
Revive Gaza’s Farmland – APN (Arab Group for the Protection of Nature)
A women-led organization supporting farmers in Gaza to replant destroyed land, rebuild water wells, and restore food sovereignty. Farming here is not only survival, but dignity, resilience, and hope.
How funds are used
• Support farmers in Gaza to restore land and grow food again
• Support Palestinian women artisans and sustain traditional crafts

Why this matters
In the face of genocide and siege, many feel powerless. Through Women for Gaza, we turn that feeling into action, supporting both survival on the land and the preservation of culture and livelihood.
In 2025, through small gatherings across Europe, we raised €17,000 for APN
This year, we continue.
In 2026 we raised so far for Habibti Watan €98,00.
