Women At Play(s) 6

My name is Marianne Sawchuk and I am the Artistic Director for Woman At Play(s). I started this festival of one act plays to provide a creative outlet for women playwrights, directors and actors. It was conceived to inspire artistic achievements in theatrical performance for women. It is a grassroots organization to showcase all women of all diversities, from Gen Z to Silver Foxes to an audience of all genders.

We need funding to keep this sixth production on its feet. Rehearsal spaces, props, costumes, sets and theatre rental is costly. The money received from Go Fund Me will ensure the creative women in this production don't have to pay out of pocket to ensure women's voices can be heard. Women At Play(s) is a safe space where opportunities are actualized.
