Wombat enclosure for orphaned wombats
Donation protected
Wild Paws Wildlife Shelter is raiding funds for a new wombat enclosure! Wild Paws is dedicated to rescueing, caring and rehabilitating native Australian Wildlife so they get a second chance at life to be released back into the wild. The shelter has had an overwhelming number of animals coming in, and as a result has to expand infrastructure to be able to rehab these animals. We will be setting up a new enclosure to help house younger wombats that are transitioning to outside and may be a bit anxious being alone in the large pens. It will also be used for critical wombats that may need wound cleaning or medication and need easy access as their burrows are not accessible to monitor or attend to animals. When not used for wombats, this enclosure will also be able to be used for birds, possums & gliders, flying foxes, echidnas and even koalas as it will be fully roofed. We appreciate any help we may be able to get to get this enclosure set up! Thank you ❤️
