As Traci Glidden’s mom, I'm teaming up with my other daughter, Bonnie Wilson, to set up this GoFundMe page to help Traci recuperate from recently having had all of her tools, supplies, shop equipment and beautiful mobile office stolen.

Traci’s business, BigBlissTinyHomes, has gotten off to a magnificent start over the past 1½ years (see https://BigBlissTinyHomes.com/ or on Instagram @bigblisstinyhomes). She is the sole owner, designer and builder at BigBlissTinyHomes. She recently purchased property and was in the process of developing the acreage and setting up a shop while building two beautiful custom tiny homes.

Despite a custom-built heavy metal locked gate, thieves recently broke onto her property and broke into her locked metal work/storage container. In addition, they hooked up to the custom cargo trailer that she had specially designed as an office/living space where she stayed onsite several times each week while working. They proceeded to steal all of her tools, supplies, equipment and multiple items she had pre-purchased for the tiny homes she was building, such as stoves, refrigerators, etc.

Although Traci had business insurance, she is finding that there have been many losses that will not be covered or even partially covered. She will have expensive deductibles and the whole experience has caused many unexpected expenses that will not be reimbursed.

To continue business operations, she has had to have a small temporary office constructed and hire additional help for things she would normally do herself. She has also had to drive the 50 miles back and forth daily to continue doing business. She has been working many extra hours each day – 7 days per week – to resecure her property, make inventory lists for insurance claims, purchase new technology systems and have them installed to ensure future security and forge forward with the tiny homes she currently has under construction.

Traci’s love for her business, passion for designing and building tiny homes and indelible enthusiasm for life remains strong. Please join us by helping her recover financially from this cruel, thoughtless event.
