Welcome to our wolf pack give back scholarship.
Our students have worked hard throughout high school for a chance to attend the college/university of their dreams. Many of our students were accepted and are successfully navigating the matriculation process, but are now debating whether to actually attend because they still need to take out loans to pay for housing, books, supplies, and other school related expenses. We want to help our students who will in return make a positive difference in our communities. A common sentiment among our students is their desire to give back to the communities they come from and share the education they receive in college. Our students dream of becoming nurses, lawyers, psychologists, biostaticians, mechanics, chefs, and so much more. Your contribution will go a long way to easing the financial load of a college education.
Most, if not all our students are first generation college students. About 98% of our students come from low income households. Some of our students are undocumented and are not eligible to receive the federal Pell Grant regardless of their income. We have seen first hand how the high cost of college limits the ability for our students to stay in school. This scholarship is a way to give back to our student community.
