Debi's Deductable

Debi was severely injured when she was hit by a car while crossing a residential street in a crosswalk. She has been in the hospital for over a month, and requires a third surgery to replace her shoulder with an artificial one. She will be out of work for a total of 4 months until she can return. The driver is shielding his money, home, car in a trust so technically he has nothing to sue for. And the car insurance will not cover all of her expenses.
