Family and Friends,

I am sharing this story with all of you in hopes that you will join me in helping to rally behind Leslie as she continues to battle against breast cancer.

Her story begins at 45. She went in for a routine checkup only to discover she was about to embark on a long and challenging journey. The words breast cancer as they echoed in the room. You can only imagine that day! The thoughts, the feelings and every emotion to follow. You would have to know Leslie to know she is a fighter and one of the strongest women I have ever met. She said I GOT THIS! I can do this, and I will not be stopped. She could never have known this road would be as long and hard as it has been for her and her family. Those precious babies are her life! Leslie's love for them and her husband Mike is immeasurable. Fighting daily for her family and with her husband Mike at her side in every step! Leslie has undergone multiple chemo treatments, radiation, and hospital stays, but her fight continues. SHE is resilent!!!!

As anyone can imagine, this journey has been long, exhausting and challenging in many ways. Mounting medical bills, travel expenses and time away from work are just a few of the added hurdles.
