My name is Jonathan, I wouldn't be here but my son and I are in a difficult situation.

My son was brutally attacked by a man when he accidentally interrupted him as this guy was writing racist graffiti in our local park.

For that. he put him in the hospital! His nose was broken in 2 places. He required 6 stitches in his nose and lip, and worse, 6 Staples in his head to hold it together.

The police were able to catch the man, but during the assault he yelled "I know you live in that truck!" as a threat, before witnesses came and he ran away.

It happens that my son and I live in a small truck, in a town with nowhere to hide if this guy is let free. To make things worse, the night after this happened, we were at a neighbor's, and our truck was ransacked! We lost bedding, food, my new phone and who knows what else. Right now. we do not feel safe.

We need a safe and decent place to live and to help my son get over this trauma.

We've been saving to get an RV to live in so we can have some stability, and improve our quality of life, but so far we only have $1300 towards that goal, not near enough to get one yet.

Unfortunately we need that stability now more than ever.

That's why I'm asking for help with our goal of getting an RV and living in a safer and better environment.
