WNC Farm and Livestock Aid

Every cent donated benefits twice! All donations received will be equally split to use in TSC of Roanoke Rapids, and Roanoke Nursery in Roanoke Rapids to purchase farm and fencing supplies, as well as livestock feed to send to WNC on 10/12/2024.

Our friends and neighbors in WNC have been devastated by the impact of Hurricane Helene. Many have had their entire farms and fences destroyed and are having to build back from scratch. Many do not have the funds or supplies to do this, and the one's that do, don't have a place to purchase the supplies due to storm damage.

We feel it is also important to add, we are not self-deploying. The local TSC manager has been boots on the ground helping in WNC and we have an identified area of need. Specifically, Ashe County. This area is not getting the influx of resources as some others and the residents are in dire need. We are working directly with the coordinator of the cowboy church. She said what the residents can get from the county agencies is heavily allotted and the farmers are begging for supplies. They said if the tposts are rusty and bent, they'll straighten them, if they have to splice chicken wire to barbed wire, they'll make it work... They just need supplies!! The community has come together to help each other and are full of hope and pride. Let's show them some Roanoke Valley love and make this happen!
