The Nautica Corporation has been seeking to cancel and oppose my Trademark " NautiGirl.....dare to be Naughty" since 2013. I have won the right to keep my Trademark as of 2015 via probono help. They now seek to oppose my clothing class even though the ttab found we do not look or sound alike. Not having my Trademarks makes it impossible to protect and grow my business. My brand is creative, well received and unique . I no longer have free legal help. Please help me defeat them once again. Dont let them force another small business out of the marketplace.
