Christopher Raggi, resident elevator mechanic at 140 Broadway, is an amazing guy who is always ready to help out and always ready to treat you to a cup of coffee.

He recently had back surgery on May 17 for a herniated lower disk. He was out of work for recovery for 5 months. He returned to work on September 17, 2024, and only four months later, the pain returned worse! He is going back for his second surgery on April 4 and will be out for recovery for 5 more months.

Please help him out in his time of need. It would be greatly appreciated.
