Help the Huffman Family

Lance and Candi Huffman, along with their 3 daughters, need our help! They have had to flee their home after being terrorized by a gunman who has shot at their home 5 times and attempted to break in once starting in August. With the help of the neighbors and friends, they finally identified the gunman targeting them but it took another hit by the gunman with shooting about 25 rounds into their home causing extensive damage, before the police finally arrested the man responsible. However, they still have no idea why he would want to do this to their family and if someone else could still want to harm them again in the future.

Unfortunately, IMPD had been very resistant regarding helping the family from the beginning, and after the second shooting, the family had no choice but to leave their home. They have been advised to possibly hire legal counsel, and are now in limbo with a house they continue to pay a mortgage on but do not feel comfortable living in. All of this has created additional expenses they cannot shoulder alone. As their friend and neighbor for the last 6 years, I know they are struggling with all of this and would never ask for money on their own.
