On March 3, 2026, my husband Travon was diagnosed with stage 3 kidney cancer. Since then, our lives have been turned upside down as we navigate overwhelming doctor bills and the stress of missed work. The diagnosis came as a shock, and we have spent countless hours at appointments and in the hospital, especially as Travon prepares for his upcoming kidney removal surgery, which will be scheduled asap.
