Our Story

This home holds the life, love, and memories of my husband’s parents. It is where family gathered, stories were shared, and a sense of safety and belonging was built over decades. After a reverse mortgage, we are now facing the reality that without significant financial support, this home may be lost.

We are reaching out with humility, hope, and honesty to ask for help in preserving this home and keeping it in the family.

The Situation

Later in life, my husband’s parents took out a reverse mortgage on the home. After their passing, the balance required to retain the property has come due. To keep the house, we need to raise $350,000 within a limited timeframe.

This is not something we can do alone.

Why This Home Matters

This house is more than a structure. It is a container for memory, grief, love, and continuity. Losing it would mean losing a tangible connection to family history — something that cannot be replaced.

Over time, this home also became our home. We moved in to help care for my husband’s mother and to support her during her later years. It is where we live now — not just a family house, but our primary residence and place of stability.

The possibility of losing it is not only about honoring the past, but about losing our home in the present moment as well.

Who I Am & How We Are Moving Through This

I am a spiritual life coach, intuitive reader, Reiki Master, Pranic healer, artist, songwriter, and meditation guide. For many years, I have supported others through presence, intuition, creativity, and care.

As part of this effort, I am committing to a 90-day period of devoted service — offering guided meditations, intuitive insights, artwork, and sacred objects through my metaphysical shop. These offerings are expressions of gratitude and reciprocity, not obligations or transactions. Participation is always optional.

This is our way of meeting this moment with integrity, openness, and faith in community.

How Funds Will Be Used

All funds raised will go directly toward paying the balance required to retain the home. Any additional funds will be used for closing costs, legal fees, and essential expenses needed to keep the house stable and secure.
