Support Alexandra's Urgent Medical Needs

Kohen Briggs Morriss was born on 9/22, and such a blessing he is!

Alexandra had to have a C-section with a spinal epidural. The doctor went too far in and hit a nerve, causing her to have swelling in her spinal cord. She hasn’t been able to walk without shaking and assistance since Kohen was born. In addition, she has to have a catheter since her bladder is not working either. Andrew has had to stay out of work for 3 of the 4 weeks because Alex is unable to take care of the kids, which means they have not had any income.

Alex was placed back in the hospital Saturday, 10/19, and was diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis. She has gone through extensive testing, MRIs on her spine, neck, and head, bloodwork, and a spinal tap. She has lots of swelling, which is what is causing her bladder not to work and her not to be able to walk.

We are fundraising to support Alexandra and Andrew during this difficult time. Alexandra needs urgent medical care and support, and the family has no income due to Andrew having to stay home to care for her and the kids.
