Hi! My name is Nala. I am a Senior cat of 19 years (that’s 98 in human years!). My mom and dad are doing their best to give me a comfortable life for my final years. Recently, that meant taking a risk to do a surgery to remove liquid from my lungs to help me breath better: but this is the beginning of a journey which will require me to have frequent appointments with a cardiologist, the first one being Thursday, April 22. This first appointment will cost 540$(+tx) and we will need to get medication for my heart. We do not know when the next appointment will be yet, but it might be no more than 1-2 weeks later.
