On November 25th, our family experienced an unthinkable tragedy.

My sister, a devoted and loving mother, tragically lost her young son, Jaxson, after he was struck by a vehicle in a Walmart parking lot. She had been preparing to travel to Indiana with her two boys for a long-awaited visit, never imagining that her life — and ours — would change forever in a single moment.

Jaxson was a bright, joyful little boy who would have turned 3 this coming February. He loved Paw Patrol, Mickey Mouse, and bringing smiles to everyone around him. He loved playing catch and going to his dad's softball games. His life was full of laughter and love — and his loss has left a hole in our family that can never be filled. His parents Ry Hamilton and Kacie Flack will forever mourn the loss of their sweet baby boy.

As my sister faces this heartbreaking reality, we are asking for support to help ease the financial burdens that come with time away from work, and the long road of healing ahead. She has been working hard as a single mom to support her boys. Any contribution, no matter the size, means so much to our family as we try to lift her during the darkest moment of her life.
