Help Rebuild My Family, Friends, and Community in Jamaica After Hurricane Melissa

Hi everyone, my name is Christine Woodstock, Im from st Elizabeth Jamaica, where hurricane Mellisa hit the hardest , Black River and the southern parts has be badly damaged, it’s now declared as ground zero, I’m reaching out with a heavy heart but a hopeful spirit. My family, friends, and community in Jamaica were devastated by Hurricane Melissa. Homes were destroyed, power is gone, and basic necessities like food, clean water, and medical supplies are running dangerously low.

I started this GoFundMe to help my family, friends, and community get back on their feet. The money raised will go directly toward sending food, clean water, medical supplies, clothing, shoes, clothing for children, blankets school supplies,and generators to help them survive and rebuild their lives. My goal is to raise $50,000 to make sure essential aid reaches those who need it most.

This cause means so much to me. The people I love are struggling without steady access to electricity, safe shelter, or reliable healthcare. Every day is a challenge, but they are strong and resilient — they just need a bit of help to get through this.

I know times are tough for many people right now, but even the smallest donation can make a world of difference. Whether it’s $5, $50, or simply sharing this page, your kindness can bring real hope to those who have lost so much.
