My therapy cat "Dinky" who has been by my side throughout my struggle with anorexia collapsed recently. She's only 3 years old . She has an overactive thyroid and because her heart is working harder it has now enlarged and she's become incredibly unwell and needs treatment and tests.

Because of my mental health I'm not currently working apart from my little Etsy shop and can't afford her vet bill. She's at risk of another collapse and possible sudden death.

I don't know what to do. I feel so guilty letting her down. I can't imagine getting through daily struggles without her. I'm scared to not have her.

I feel pathetic asking for help but I've tried every other thing possible. I'm embarrassed to ask for help but at the same time I'd do anything I can possible to help her. I've learnt from this that you genuinely can feel a broken heart. It hurts.

If anyone is able to help, even a little it would mean the absolute world to me!
