Matthew St John's Funeral Expenses

Matthew's Story... At the age of five Matt was diagnosed with diabetes and has had to overcome many obstacles since. On the morning of June 3rd, 2015 Matthew got the call for a kidney and pancreas transplant, giving him and his family hope that he would no longer have to struggle with diabetes. His body had accepted the kidney and pancreas and things were looking up for Matthew. He went into cardiac arrest in the early hours of June 9th, 2015. The doctors took him in for emergency surgery and were unable to restart his heart. It's with a heavy heart that we ask for your prayers for the family and support towards the cost of the funeral so that they can lay Matthew to rest. Funeral arrangements will be posted once confirmed.
