Hi, my name is David Little, and I have been farming for 26 years in West Marin and West Sonoma County. Last season, we had a drought and lost 13 acres of potatoes. Due to the COVID pandemic, we lost our marketing strategy due to the closure of restaurants. I am raising funds to save my farm because of the losses that I took due to drought and COVID. I am having a good season this year, but I have some financial obstacles to overcome. On the farm, I grow mostly potatoes specializing in dry farming along with tomatoes, sunchokes, and winter squash. My family and I also grow onions, broccoli, kale, and chard. We have produced a popular line of value-added products - potato chips, crushed dry farmed early girl tomatoes, and pepper jam. Help us pay off our debts so we can keep farming.
