Help Me Leave Florida

Hello, my name is Augustus. I'm a Black trans person currently living in an abusive household in Florida and I need help.

Florida has rapidly become very, very unsafe for trans people and the situation here gets worse every day. Legislation that actively bars me from accessing essential healthcare is getting passed left and right and I can't stay here anymore. I also live with my mother, who has been physically and emotionally abusive my entire life, and I am exhausted. I cannot live in these conditions anymore and I need to get out of this place before it kills me.

My plan is to move up to Kansas with a close friend that has offered to be roommates, but in order to do so, I need funds. I live in a small town and I'm physically disabled so getting a job has been very difficult. All of the money from this campaign will go towards renting a U-Box to deliver my belongjngs to Kansas, since I'm unable to drive, moving boxes, and a plane ticket for myself. Anything left over will go towards food for myself and my cat or rent.
