My Culinary School Trip

Hello! I'm Scott Banacka and I'm asking for your help to go to Paris, France with my culinary school classmates and intructors.
Just over a year ago I made a huge change by diving head first into a new journey. After 21 years of sitting behind a desk as a purchasing agent and after much consideration I gave notice to my employer and started culinary school specializing in baking and pastry. The past year has been chock full of adventure, craziness, new friends, and ups and downs. Even through the tough times I'm having a ball. It's the best decision I've made in 20 years.
A couple months ago the culinary school I attend announced they would be taking 12 students on a whirlwind trip to Paris. We will be going to specific restaurants and bakeries to soak in as much knowledge as we can...and to eat all of the deliciousness lol. We're going to a culinary school in Paris and the students there will be cooking for us. How cool is that?! I can't wait! What an amazing opportunity to be in France, a country with a long food tradition, with the instructors that I look up to and my classmates that I'm sharing this journey with.
Here is where you come in. The cost of the trip has the potential of being $2300 just for the airfare and hotel. It doesn't include food or incidentals. Any contribution will be very much appreciated and will get me closer to my goal.
When I return from Paris and when the school year is done I'll use the knowledge I've gained by throwing a whiz-bang party for all of you! I will be a baking machine to feed you all!
