As many of you know, my father in law was diagnosed with stage 4 Colon Cancer.
He went into the ER mid January, concerned with breathing issues. They drained fluid from his lung space, which contained  colon cancer cells, that is how they found the cancer. 
Due to the fluid in his lung space, they have inserted a tube to drain the fluid. He has started Chemotherapy, but it has been very hard on his body. 
He is currently using a wheelchair to get to and from appointments. 
We have already used savings to buy medical equipment he has needed to be able to stay home.
Physical Therapy is now recommending a lift to transfer him to and from his wheelchair and a wheelchair van to go to and from appointments. 
He is the type of person who never would ask for help or money, and anyone who knows him, knows he would give you the shirt of his back to help anyone who needed it.
