Our "SAFE" Space

Hi there!

We are "The SAFE Initiative,” a non-profit organization seeking individuals interested in supporting our journey of raising awareness of mental health and overcoming the stigma surrounding mental illnesses through animal therapy.

Our current project is creating a "SAFE Space" an area at Hialeah Gardens Sr. High School where students will be given the opportunity to engage with a variety of animals while simultaneously improving their mental health.

The money raised will be used to renovate the space (see pictures of the current area and a part of our goal - catio+yoga station) and cover the cost of caring for the animals. Please help us in reaching our goal, every donation counts!
