Hi, my name is Hope and I’m fundraising for myself and my fiancé Chris. Recently, Chris suffered a severe traumatic brain injury after falling down a concrete set of stairs. He suffers from severe frontal lobe damage and a skull fracture. He was in a coma for almost a week. It was a freak accident that turned our lives upside down. The doctors say he has a shot at recovery, but in the meantime we are struggling with bills, medical costs, and rent. Chris is a disabled veteran and a wonderful, caring man. Before this happened, he was working towards becoming a nurse. He is battling this and working toward recovery everyday.
