In Memory of Mona Tadros-Pineda
Donation protected
At some point in everyone’s lives, we have lost someone we have loved.. someone we have respected and someone we have cared for… but sometimes you meet someone who just touches you with their warmth, genuine love and kindness. The Pineda Family is your typical American family.. David, the Dad, a hard-working plumber, Mona, a nurse, and their two boys, David and Peter, 4 & 5 years old. Almost three years ago, Mona, was given only a week to live after learning she had Stage 4 lung cancer. Knowing she had two young boys to care for and a loving, hard-working husband, she fought the fight and lived for almost three years. David changed his work schedule around to make sure he would take care of his boys, taking them to and from school every single day and worked overnight. Sleeping less than two hours every night, he made sure he took care of his house, his boys, his wife taking her back and forth for her chemo & radiation treatments. He did this with a smile on his face and only positive thoughts. Today, Mona took her last breath on earth and yes, beat the odds she was given, but will not get to see her children grow up. We are asking that you donate whatever you can. Any contribution is most appreciated. God Bless.
