With Wings Like Eagles - On Mission with Isaiah

Hello and God bless you! My name is Isaiah Campbell and I am moving back to America from France, where I have lived for the last 12 years.

The Lord has opened the door for me to be accepted into an intensive one-year discipleship and leadership development program which includes mission trips to South America and an inner-city locale in the States, as well as Bible and Theology courses.

The LIFT program (Leaders in Further Training) integrates academic study, living simply in Christian community, physical challenge, and cross-cultural experience to stimulate holistic transformation through the power of the Holy Spirit. Its mission is to train young men and women to become biblically-guided and culturally-engaged servant leaders of Jesus Christ.

I will be living, working and studying at Camp of the Woods in New York's Adirondack Mountains, which will be a far cry from my parents' home in SE Paris.

Many challenges await, and I look forward to hiking mountain peaks, learning survival camping skills, serving as year-round camp staff, going on mission trips to serve the poor in the States and abroad, and launching out to life on my own in America.

The college courses will transfer to a select number of schools, and so after this year with LIFT, I'll look to continue my studies at a university, most likely majoring in Sports Management.

Thankfully, my parents will be helping me financially, as much as possible. But with my two older siblings in college full-time right now, the family finances are a bit stretched. God has always been faithful to our family as we have lived by faith as missionaries since 2003. It's been amazing to see Him faithfully provide all my life. I'm trusting Him in this next season as well.

As such, I wanted to ask you to please consider helping me out as I raise funds to cover the mission trips, the program, the college courses, the plane tickets, the mountaineering gear, etc. Doing the math with my parents, we're hoping and trusting to raise about $8,000.
