With Willows IVDD operation costs

Hi my name is Veronica the proud owner of Willow. On New Years Day Willow suddenly started to wobble on her back legs. By the following morning both her back legs were paralysed. I rushed her to the vet and then up to the RVC Small Animal Hospital in Hatfield.

Willow had an operation on an exploded disc on Saturday morning and reports back are very favourable regarding her recovery.

I do have Willow insured but only for £6,000. The excess on the policy is £250 and the quote for her treatment started at £7,000 from information from my vet to £7,500 when I got Willow to the vet hospital. This means I’m £1,750 short to be able to pay her vet fees at the moment.

if you could find it in your hearts to donate anything toward Willow’s vet fees I would be eternally grateful. This disaster has come at a very hard time for me. I’m still struggling to come to terms, both emotionally and financially, with my husband’s recent death.
