Tracy's final wishes

As some of you may know, a year ago my mom was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and stage 4 lung cancer. she wants to be home so she can be around my sister, her grandson and me and we really want to honor her final wishes but doing it alone is going to be hard. Currently my sister is caring for her while still working full time to be able to provide but the expenses of her necessities and the cost of keeping her home has become a lot and as her condition gets worse my sister will have to take time off work to be there around the clock. It’s hard for us to do this but if you’d like to help her during these final times, anything is greatly appreciated! This will also help with funeral expenses.
