This week my sister, Rachel and her family lost everything to the flooding in hazard Kentucky. Their home was washed away and with no insurance it’s going to be nearly impossible to replace everything. 

Yesterday, they were finally able to access the road to their home with 4 wheelers to see the remnants of what’s left. Madison, their daughter found the clothes left in the dryer were just about the only things that could be saved. 

With no insurance on their home, they are left to pick up the pieces without any real assistance. We are helping in anyway we can but it’s just not enough. 

We are pleading with the community to assist Rachel, her husband and their 3 kids with basic necessities and the future. 

Rachel is a wonderful, funny, bright, hard working mother that gives all she can to others. Funds have already been tight as she was the only one working for some time as her husband was laid off in their little town. He is just returning to work but even with the additional income it’s not enough to replace years of memories, necessities and a roof over their head.
