Help lay out mom to rest

For those of you that know and those of you that don’t know, our Mother, Monica, has been battling cancer for almost 2 years. In July of 2021, she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Shortly after she was diagnosed she began chemotherapy, as the end of the year approached, she went through a change in insurance. Her new insurance company denied her chemotherapy treatment 5 times as it was a “pre-existing” diagnosis. In the short amount of time she was off treatment, the cancer spread to her brain causing her to have multiple seizures. As we waited at the hospital for hours on end, we had finally received her CT results and her cancer was pronounced terminal. We were told that her cancer was treatable, but not curable. A new treatment plan was given, and even though she was undergoing immunotherapy her cancer became very aggressive and continued to spread to other parts of her body. She grew weaker and weaker as the days went by and before we knew it, she was not strong enough to undergo anymore chemotherapy as the cancer had started eating away at her spine. She has gave a long hard fight, but unfortunately her fight is coming to an end very quickly. We are trying to sort out all things funeral related while we can so we can spend more time focusing on grieving with family when her time comes. As I’m sure you know, all things funeral related are outrageously expensive. If anyone can help out with the costs of putting our mother to rest, we would greatly greatly appreciate it.
