Sometimes the strongest people are the ones who keep showing up with grace, humor, and determination—no matter what they are facing. Cathy Condon is one of those people. This page was lovingly started by her friend, Ginger Ritchie, alongside the support of family and friends who have walked beside Cathy through every step of this journey.
In 2019, Cathy was diagnosed with breast cancer. She met it head-on with courage, undergoing multiple surgeries, including a bilateral mastectomy, followed by chemotherapy and radiation. In 2021, the cancer progressed to her bones. Cathy endured a left hip replacement and a rod placed to support her femur, along with more radiation and continued treatment. Through it all, she continued to work, demonstrating an unwavering work ethic and a strength that never wavered.
In 2025, further progression led to additional surgery—placement of a rod in her right femur and screws to stabilize her hip—followed again by radiation and ongoing care. Now in 2026, the cancer has advanced to the dura, the lining of the brain. Cathy has completed 10 rounds of radiation to her head and continues treatment with the same resilience she has shown from the beginning.
This page is a simple way to support Cathy as she continues forward. If you are able to help her, thank you. If not, sharing this page means just as much. With gratitude.
