Hello, my name is Saima, and I am raising funds on behalf of a close family member, a devoted single mother of two young children who is currently facing serious health challenges.

She has been diagnosed with endometriosis and a hiatal hernia, both of which cause her severe daily pain and discomfort, significantly impacting her ability to care for her children and carry out normal activities.
