My name is Daglas. For the past three years, I have been struggling with Type 2 diabetes and being overweight. I have tried every option available to me, and finally, last month, my doctor approved treatment with Mounjaro. Unfortunately, I have to pay the full cost of the treatment for the entire year, which is more than I can afford on my own.

I live far from my home country, working two jobs to support my sister while she studies and to help my mother, whose income is too low for a decent life. They mean the world to me, and I have always put their needs first. But now my health is becoming harder to manage, and continuing this treatment is essential for me to be able to keep supporting them and to take care of myself.

It is extremely difficult — and honestly, quite embarrassing — for me to ask for help. I have always tried to handle everything by myself, but at this point, I no longer have another option. Reaching out like this is not easy, but my health depends on it.
