Help with medical bills after a hit-and-run wreck

Hey, everyone! My name is Grace and I want to start by thanking you for clicking that link to read my story.
Seriously, I'm so thankful to you all. <3
On Easter evening (4/9), while traveling East-bound on highway 51, a speeding car in the left lane lost control and hit me, flipping my car and sending me careening across the right lane and into the concrete guardrail. I have no idea how long I was in my car stuck up-side-down and unable to unbuckle. It was smokey, dark, loud, and I was confused. Afterin finally unbuckling, I vaguely remember saying, “hey Siri”, hoping she would respond so I could ask her to call an ambulance. Finally, man named John yelled through the noise, asked me if I was okay, then walked me through how to unlock my doors. He then opened up the back door and pulled me out of my car. Just as soon as he had me out of the car, another man, noticing I couldn't walk, took my other side and they hobbled me away from my car. What I didn't know at that point was that I had broken my foot (which was initially diagnosed as a sprained ankle).
Along with my broken foot, I had a concussion, bruised ribs, bruised tailbone, and a smattering of bruises and burns.
Because the person who hit me ran, I am personally responsible for all of my medical bills and the replacement of my car (which I JUST paid off after 6 years of payments). We are still waiting to hear what I owe from the hospital post-wreck, but the before-insurance charges on the bill is thousands of dollars. The MRI alone was over $10 thousand. My out-of-pocket total for the surgery to repair my fracture was $2,800 after insurance. We're also currently out about $300 in copays and repeat radiographs to confirm the fracture after first being told it was a sprain. I have missed a lot of work, and now am missing more, so my income has dropped dramatically. I am really fearful of receiving the final hospital bill.
Without any other way of funding the loss of my car, my loss of income, and my medical bills, I'm requesting $5,000. Any donations mean more to me than I could every articulate. Please share, as visibility would help trememendously.
Again, thank you, thank you, thank you for reading my story.
All my love,
Grace
